In the position of President, Eswar Subramanian adds to Trazar his experience in innovation. Subramanian has been a senior executive of public and privately held companies in semiconductor and Internet industries. Prior to joining Trazar in 2001, Subramanian was President and CEO of Periscape Corporation, a developer of technology for visual content creation, processing, and distribution over the Internet. As Chief Operating Officer of Cerprobe Corporation, and prior to that as Vice President of Engineering, he was responsible for developing technologies and organizations. Under his leadership this manufacturer of semiconductor test equipment grew from $4 MM to $75 MM in annual revenues. Eswar Subramanian holds a MBA from Arizona State University and MS in Mechanical Engineering from University of Kentucky.

In the position of VP of Operations, Kerry Depold offers to Trazar the vision of a high-quality, rapid response to customer needs in a difficult high mix/low volume environment. Kerry has led Trazar in implementing its ISO Quality Management System, cellular production layouts, and JIT supplier capabilities. Before joining Trazar, Depold was General Manager for Conteq Company, VP of Operations for Teller Development, and General Manager for Arrow Packaging Company. Kerry Depold holds a BS in Business Administration from San Jose State University, and certifications in Supply Chain Management (CSCP) and Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) from APICS.

Karen brings over 15 years expertise to Trazar in internal employee communications, recruiting, benefits, policies and procedures and performance appraisal training and process management. Karen is also responsible for Trazar’s critical Environmental Health and Safety programs and for tracking OSHA data. She also manages the company’s ISO-driven departmental metrics program. She is recognized as a business partner with high integrity, solid judgments, teamwork and a drive toward building a culture based on business needs. Before joining Trazar, Karen was a key employee in the Corporate Benefits department for Applied Materials and a Benefits Specialist for Etec Systems. She was also a Human Resources Generalist for Macy’s, San Mateo, CA and Macy’s, San Jose, CA, as well as an Operations Assistant for Macy’s, Palo Alto, CA.
