Strategic Partnerships
Over the past 3 years, Trazar has focused its efforts for growing
the
company both internally and externally.
Normal internal growth has occurred through the expansion of Trazar
product offerings and by continually expanding Trazar’s traditional
customer base. In the external areas, Trazar has sought out potential
strategic partners for business or new product development.
In 2003, it was announced that Trazar and Huettinger Electronics
of
Germany had formed a joint agreement for developing and marketing
a new
RF power supply to enhance Trazar’s product offerings to
the semiconductor equipment manufacturers. Also in 2003, Trazar
joined with
Metron Technology for offering worldwide Trazar Authorized Repair
Centers (ARC’s) through Metron’s 40+ global service
and sales
facilities.
An additional strategic alliance was completed in 2003. Trazar
Corporation acquired the RF service business component of RF Services,
Inc., a previous subsidiary of Mattson Technology. Through this
acquisition, Trazar can now offer repair, refurbishment and sales
of
both Trazar and Non-Trazar manufactured AIM Networks and RF Power
Supplies.

In 2005, Cubic RF, Inc. awarded Trazar a license to manufacturer, modify, market and sell, under a Trazar label, 4 variations of their Megasonic RF generators. These power supplies are used in the cleaning processes for silicon wafers, disks, flat panel displays or precision mechanical / medical components.
Trazar is very open to this external approach for increasing business
development opportunities and is always willing to consider joint
agreements that could prove to be beneficial to both organizations.
Trazar delivers solutions that make your visions possible and
profitable. |
