December 2002: Trazar has completed its move to the new 32k sq ft Silicon Valley location. All phone and fax numbers will remain the same.
November 2002: Trazar has successfully completed its final audit for ISO 9001:2000 certification. As of November 7, 2002, Trazar was recommended for certification in this newest version of the International Standards Organization’s (ISO) quality standard. Trazar is now one of less than 100 US companies to have successfully completed the new ISO standard. This new ISO “2000” version has a strong emphasis on Total Customer Satisfaction, which was not addressed in previous ISO 9001 standards.
October 2002: Trazar announces that they will be moving to their new 32,000 sq ft facility at 4255 Burton Drive in Santa Clara, CA., in the heart of Silicon Valley. This move will more than double Trazar manufacturing and engineering space for future growth and expansion.
September 2002: PJ Kodivac, Ltd. in S. Korea has been added as the latest member of the World-Wide Trazar Distributor/Authorized Repair Station team.
August 2002: Trazar and Novellus Systems have agreed to a long-term, world-wide service and repair agreement. Novellus is now notifying their customers that they should contact the Trazar World-Wide Authorized Repair Stations (ARS) for any necessary service and repairs for the Trazar/Novellus AIM Networks. Trazar's world-wide ARS network is also planning on holding Trazar AIM Network spares for the Novellus System customers.
July 2002: Trazar had outstanding successes at SEMICON West with the introduction of the new MARK 10, 10kW AIM Network and the new ELITE ECC3-1 Electrostatic Chuck Controller. See the Products section for specifications. June 2002: Trazar will be introducing two new products at SEMICON West in the San Francisco Moscone Center, South Hall, Booth #243, on July 22 - 24.
May 2002: Stay tuned as Trazar will soon be expanding its authorized Trazar service and repair capabilities to selected, independent world-wide repair facilities. AIM Network customers will soon be able to have limited service and repairs from certified repair centers near their WW manufacturing facilities. The newly-authorized repair centers will be officially certified upon completion of Trazar's AIM Network Technical Training Program. This program is only offered at Trazar's Santa Clara, CA headquarters.
April 2002: Trazar announces intention to develop a global network of “Authorized Trazar AIM Network Repair Stations." Action has begun for setting up this capability in Europe, Taiwan, Singapore, Japan, South Korea and Mainland China. Target for completion is July 2002.
March 2002: Trazar has completed phase one in its goal for certification in the industry's latest ISO 9001:2000 quality program. Trazar is on schedule for completing the official certification by November 2002.
