December 2003: Trazar will be on holiday beginning December 22nd and will reopen for business on January 5, 2004. "Happy Holidays from everyone at Trazar Corporation!" November 2003: Trazar and their service partner, Metron Technology, have developed a training module for both 1 on 1 personnel training and for WEBCAST presentations. This module covers all of Trazar's products and services as well as directions in how to support and troubleshoot Trazar's RF AIM Networks. The module will be presented to all of Metron's personnel in their 44 service centers and they will be provided with a training CD for future reference.
October 2003: Key Trazar personnel accompanied their new service partner, Metron Technology, for providing Trazar sales training and to visit a select group of European customer Fab's. Europe has been selected by Metron Technology as the first region to set up a Trazar Authorized Repair Center (ARC) for performing a basic level of AIM Network repairs. The first European ARC is targeted to open for business in Munich by January, 2004. The European ARC's will then be followed by additional repair centers in Asia, Japan, S. Korea and Mainland China. August 2003: Trazar and Metron Technology N.V. have entered into a global strategic agreement for Metron to provide full sales, service, and applications support for Trazar's line of radio frequency (RF) automatic impedance matching (AIM) networks. (See August 19, 2003 Press Release below.)
July 2003: Trazar announces they have completed their first ISO 9001:2000 Surveillance Audit with a perfect score. Not one Corrective Action Request (CAR) was required by the visiting ISO auditor. It was stated that: "Trazar has implemented a QMS (Quality Management System) with a continual improvement process that is paying dividends in internal efficiencies and external perspectives. All of this will continue to translate to more business opportunities and is now the proven process that Trazar has adopted for conducting its business practices."
June 2003: The Trazar Corporate Video Profile is now available and accessible in both English and Mandarin on the Trazar web page or at www.thebusinesschannel.com.
May 2003: Trazar has been informed that Trazar will be included in the Semiconductor Television Review 2003 in the July edition of Semiconductor Manufacturing Magazine. This issue is the key pre-show edition and is distributed at the optimal time to target SEMICON West attendees. It will be distributed on June 30 and the show takes place between 14-18 July in San Francisco and San Jose, California.
April 2003: Trazar announces the introduction of the new enhanced AMU20 Series, 20w-5kW AIM Networks. These new units offer Capacitor Presets and Capacitor Position Indication. See the Products section for specifications.
March 2003: The new, Trazar Business Profile Video, currently available on-line at thebusinesschannel.com, will also be included in a CD-ROM of 15 up and coming technology companies. This CD will be distributed in the July ‘03, SEMICON West edition of Semiconductor Magazine and at various distribution locations during the SEMICON West trade show in San Francisco. In addition, beginning in May ’03, the Trazar Business Profile video will be available on-line, in both English & Mandarin, through the Business Channel hyperlink.
February 2003: Trazar hosted the “Who’s who?” of the Silicon Valley business community during its February 26th, new facility Open House. The festivities included a formal presentation from the CEO, food, refreshments & prizes and factory tours in the new, modern and expanded, 32k sq ft facility in Santa Clara, California.
The “Show and Tell” event was a resounding success with visitors and executives from key Silicon Valley companies including the local business press. Trazar offered all of the guests the opportunity to witness an ISO 9001:2000 certified, state-of-the-art manufacturing and test facility, a large R&D lab as well as the newly released Trazar Business Profile Video. January 2003: Trazar welcomed 2003 with the official notice of certification for the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Standard, issued by SGS International Certification Services, Inc. This, along with its recent move to a new and expanded world headquarters at 4255 Burton Drive in Santa Clara, was a cause for celebration. To commemorate these events, Trazar will hold an Open House on Feb. 26th, 2003. The Open House will include an address by CEO, Ken Warburton, and will also offer factory tours, technical presentations, and a Trazar Corporate Video Business Profile presentation. There will be Trazar logo give-away items, door prizes and refreshments, and hors d'oeuvres will be served.
