Trazar Corporation offers an excellent compensation and benefit package. Medical Insurance
Kaiser: $15 co-pay covers office visits. $10 co-pay for prescriptions. 100% coverage for hospitalization. Must live/work within 30 miles of any Kaiser facility for plan participation.
Dental Insurance
Dental insurance is through AIG. With this plan, you can use any dentist, but you will be able to take advantage of better pre-negotiated rates if you select an In-Network dentist. $50/calendar year deductible for individual and $150/calendar year deductible for family. 50%-100% coverage depending on preventive, basic, or major dental procedures. $1,500 annual maximum. Deductible is waived for preventive care.
Vision Insurance
Vision insurance is through VSP. Exam and lenses every 12 months; Frames every 24 months. $25 co-payment for exam/materials, per vision plan contract guidelines.
401(k)
Eligible employees may enroll during one of the four open enrollment dates on January 1, April 1, July 1, or October 1 following one month of employment. Employees may contribute from any (%) of eligible compensation each pay period, up to a specified maximum set each year by the IRS. Trazar matches dollar for dollar for the first 3% deferred and $.50 on the dollar for the next 2% deferred. Participants can choose from a broad menu of investment options.
Pre-Paid Legal Services
Trazar offers membership in Pre-Paid Legal Services. For a monthly fee, you have access to attorneys for certain legal services.
Discretionary Performance Bonus Plan
Trazar has a discretionary Performance Bonus Plan based on certain criteria measuring the performance of the Company each quarter.
Vacation Accrual
Full-time employees accrue 2 weeks (80 hours) of vacation during the first 4 years; 3 weeks (120 hours) vacation from the 5th through 9th year of employment; 4 weeks (160 hours) vacation from the 10th year and beyond.
Tuition Reimbursement
Trazar will, at its sole discretion, reimburse an eligible employee 50% of the total cost for qualifying tuition and books, up to a limit of 5% of the employee's base pay at the enrollment date.
Sick Time
Sick time is accrued from the date-of-hire to a total of 5 days each year in order to provide pay for the inability to work due to non-occupational illness or injury.
Holidays
2008 Holiday Schedule: New Year’s Day (recognized on Tuesday), President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day (Friday), Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after, 2008 Bonus Holiday and Christmas Day.
EAP (Employee Assistance Program)
Information available to eligible employees and family members on a wide range of topics including mental health, legal, and financial advice.
