Trazar Introduces Igniter 1200W Chillers
at Pittcon 2001
New Chillers Combine with New Paralax Igniter 27MHz, 1200W RF
Generators for Plug-and-Play Installation, Pair Operates Reliably
in Hostile Environments
Santa Clara, CA --- March 5, 2001 --- Trazar, a U.S. manufacturer
well known in the semi-conductor industry for its custom-designed
power products, is introducing its new 1200 watt Igniter™ Chiller
in the Labco Booth 1604 at Pittcon 2001, New Orleans, LA. The new
Series CH1200 Chiller is designed to be combined with Trazar’s
new Paralax™ Igniter 27.12 MHz 1200 watt RF generator to
provide plug-and-play installation. Both compact, mobile units
are also designed to save valuable work space and feature quiet
operation to reduce noise levels in busy ICP laboratory environments.
The Igniter Chiller includes several features that make it simple
to operate and maintain. Reusable air filters are easy to access
and an external reservoir drain facilitates fluid changes. Temperature
control displays simplify setting and checking precise cooling
conditions for varying heat loads.
“Like our solid state Paralax Igniter RF generators, Trazar’s
Igniter Chillers feature microprocessor control for long-term reliability,” says
Gary Ater, vice president of sales and marketing. “Combined,
the two units can be easily installed in a laboratory environment
to provide immediate, reliable RF power and cooling.”
The Igniter Chiller features a cooling capacity of 1200W at 20oC,
825W at 10oC and 375W at 0oC and will operate in a temperature
range of +5oC to 40oC with a stability of +/-0.5oC. It includes
a powerful 1/3 HP compressor, measures 24 x 14-3/8 x 26-1/2 inches
and weighs 165 lbs.
