QUOTING
When your request for a quote is received it is immediately reviewed by our Quote Team, a group of professionals who will turn it around in the shortest time possible. The Quote Team includes Customer Service, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials, Documentation, and Production professionals, managed by a Quote Facilitator. They will work with you to understand your needs and give you the most competitive quote possible.
YOUR FIRST ORDER
Upon your decision to utilize Trazar, our Implementation Group springs into action. A Program Manager will oversee the process of bringing your products to reality. They will utilize the talents of the same people who were involved in the quote process, and are already familiar with your product. Bills of Materials, Routing, Assembly & Test Instructions, and Inspection Instructions will be developed. And, whether prototype or production, by using our documented First Article process you will receive a product that meets your needs the first time.
SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT
Trazar has recruited a top notch team of materials professionals to manage a robust vendor base of fabricators, component suppliers, and service providers. Using a combination of push and pull techniques (MRP, Forecasts, Vendor Managed Inventory, Kanbans, Stocking Agreements and others) they assure a steady flow of materials with a minimum investment in inventory. The parts will receive incoming inspections, be stored in a secured cage, handled with proper ESD procedures, and cycle counted to maintain accurate inventory records, as appropriate.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
Earning our ISO 9001:2000 Certification is reflective of the importance we place on quality. Our Quality Assurance Manager and her staff are involved in all phases of the production of your product, from the first prototype run through ongoing production. They use techniques borrowed from Six Sigma methodology including: Continuous Improvement Process, Statistical Process Controls, Root Cause Analysis, Pareto and the DMAIC Cycle (Measurement and Control). Additionally quality is managed throughout the supply chain because quality products can only be built with quality components.
DOCUMENT CONTROL
Modern document control techniques are used to safeguard and maintain confidentiality of your important documents; both hard copy and soft copy versions are kept as appropriate. Variances and Engineering Change Requests are communicated and controlled by our EDC department.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Throughout your relationship with Trazar you will be taken care of by a dedicated customer service representative who will answer your questions and be your advocate within Trazar. Your rep will monitor your order status and communicate with you regarding any issues which may arise. Also, should you need to expedite an order, your rep will work with you to make this happen.
