Trazar – Continuing RF Innovations Since 1987
R&D
efforts at Trazar started with the initial introduction of their
first high power RF, AIM Network in 1987 for the semiconductor equipment
manufacturing industry. These units were very basic and initially
utilized standard, commercially available air capacitors. Even though
the AIM Networks were continually improved over the years, they
were the only products offered by Trazar during the company's initial
years of production.
Since that time, the R&D efforts have expanded to new AIM Network
models and beyond. Trazar's newer 5kW AIM units will feature its
own in-house designed air capacitor and all of the new 5kW &
10kW units can be either air-cooled or water-cooled, some with vacuum
capacitors and digital controls. In addition, Trazar is now developing
products in other precision control areas such as electrotatic chuck
controllers (ECC) and RF switching and filter boxes.

The Trazar R&D group and the Trazar Electromechanical Assembly
division are also working together to assist key customers in developing
and improving their current products that include precision mechanical
lift devices, pneumatic pedestal lift assemblies and vacuum relay
systems.
Trazar is continuing to expand its research and development operations
into other areas, both within and outside the semiconductor equipment
manufacturing industry.
