defects in material and workmanship for the periods as shown below.
Trazar’s obligation is limited to repairing any equipment
or parts proven to be defective by Trazar’s inspection within
the designated period as stated below. This warranty does not apply
to equipment which has been repaired or altered in any way outside
Trazar’s manufacturing facility. This also does not apply
to any Trazar manufactured unit that has been subjected to modification,
misuse, negligence or if the unit’s serial number has been
removed.
Trazar Corporation assumes no liability for personal injury or
equipment damages consequential to the use of equipment manufactured
or supplied by Trazar.
