What Is An AIM "Matching" Network?
Trazar has divided the explanation of "What is an AIM “Matching” Network?"
into the following three views:
- 3D Views: Showing two, see-thru views, of an actual AIM Network
and the identification of its key components.
- AIM DIAGRAM: A block diagram showing the functional areas of
an AIM Matching Network and the Matching unit’s relationship
to the 50 ohm load of the RF generator.
- AIM EXPLAINED: A layman’s explanation of the manufacturing
process for producing semiconductor “wafers & chips”.
This section also includes the description of an AIM Network‘s
function within the plasma chamber of the processing equipment.
