TRAZAR RF REPAIR

Trazar RF Repair offers both warranty repairs as well as multiple levels of refurbishment for all of Trazar’s AIM Networks and other RF products. Trazar has also developed a unique Total Cost of Ownership, Platinum Lifetime Service Plan that allows for end-user semiconductor Fab’s to provide a Trazar AIM Network warranty for the life of the process tool. This is accomplished at a very low cost and can be integrated into the Fab’s annual maintenance programs.

NON-TRAZAR RF SERVICE

Trazar's Service & Repair Division specializes in repairing most of the high-power RF power supplies and RF Matching networks that are currently offered throughout the industry. This includes manufacturers such as

• Branson
• Comdel
• Henry
• Huettinger
• MKSI / ENI
• RF Services
• Trazar

This division also offers refurbished RF units for sale from many of these manufacturers, based on their availability.

Recently a multi-level service and repair program for Applied Material’s P5000 Series RF Matching Units was introduced.

EQUIPMENT REPAIR

Equipment Repair was a service added to Trazar’s offering, solely based on customer’s many requests. Knowing that Trazar was well versed in certain areas of Failure Analysis and that Trazar performed the refurbishment of RF equipment, customers began asking if they could outsource their own, non-RF, “repair projects” to Trazar. These projects consist of repairs or refurbishment of equipment such as computer server racks, cable & harness assemblies, switching devices and other electromechanical, hydraulic or pneumatic assemblies.
